Offered for sale on behalf of the current owner.
We were commissioned in 2015 to do all the design on this bike and most of the works bar the Engine rebuild and final detail assembly.
Has been on display in a heated man-cave since.
It was then sold to its current owner, who has asked us to offer for sale.
V5 present and reg number is JHU 4--N.
Bike was shown at Kickback 2018 and was included in the show feature in Bike Magazine July 2018.

As can be seen a FULL re-build on a less than perfect example of an original CB500T.
Frame -
Components completely stripped, rear seat support added and then all blasted and powder-coated or zinc plated. The frame, fork legs and swing-arm was then 2-pack painted to match the tank & seat.
Wheels -
Existing hubs stripped, blasted and powder-coated gloss black. Then re-built with new bearings/seals, stainless spokes and new Aluminium rims powder-coated white and shod with new Heidenau K60 Scout tyres.
Bodywork -
New Suzuki 250 petrol tank and Glass-fibre seat unit finished by Jonno at ColourWorx Paintshop ( all paint, no stickers!). Custom made front mudguard.
Side-panels have vinyl decals applied - to allow easy change of number.
Exhaust & Fueling -
Custom made exhaust by Nigel Parker at NRP. New 34mm Dell'orto carbs and Piranha electronic ignition.
Brakes & Suspension -
YSS rear shockers. Honda CB400f front forks ( fully stripped & re-build) and custom made front disc by All Bike Engineering - extra spare disc made/included.
Electrics -
Simplified loom, new control switches, Koso speedometer/tacho, combined stop/tail/indicators LED rear light, Motorbatt battery and fully re=built starter motor by Armoto.
